Motorola Droid X - A review of the newest Motorola Driod family

Motorola released the Droid X in July 15 2010. The cost is same ($200) as iPhone4 ($199). But the Droid X has a bigger display than the iPhone 4 and also a faster processor coupled with a 8 mega pixel camera. Apple iPhone is unique in its own way, but I just have a feeling the Droid X might make life of iPhone 4 a bit harder This is the review on Motorala Driod X!

Motorola newest iPhone 4 killer (only time will tell) is called the Droid X. It's coupled with a 4.3-inch 854 x 480 display which already bigger than the iPhone4, but iPhone4's display resolution is just a bit higher. Anyhow apart from that the Motorola Droid X includes a staggering 8 mega pixel camera while iPhone4 comes with a 5 mpx camera.

It also features Android 2.1 with an all-new UI skin, a TI OMAP3630 processor runs at 1GHZ. 8 mega pixel camera with dual LED flash and 720p (HD) video recoding facility. You can connect up to 5 devices to Droid X through WiFi connections. Also featuring a multi touch keyboard.

One thing about the mobile phone camera though, you have to tap to focus and it doesn't refocus until you actually snap the picture. So it's a bit of a hassle. Other features include three microphones for improved noise cancellation, GPS, Bluetooth and a 1500 mAh battery. The motorola Droid X comes with a 8GB of ROM, and a 16GB microSD card included in the box. The phone can support microSD cards up to 32G.
